How much notice do you need and can a funeral heart be personalised?

We recommend ordering a few days before the funeral where possible, especially if you have specific flower or colour requests, but we will always try to help with shorter notice if we can. Funeral hearts can be personalised with ribbon sashes, names or short messages such as “Mum”, “Dad”, “Gran” or “With Love”, as well as a handwritten card message.
